Georgia
All regions

Moldova
Regions of Briceni, Cahul, Cantemir, Edinet, Hincesti, Leova, Nisporeni, Ungheni, Falesti, Glodeni, and Riscani.

Russia
St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Murmansk, Pskov, Kaliningrad, Archangelsk oblasts and the republic of Karelia

Ukraine
Volynska, Lvivska, Zakarpatska, Ivano-Frankivska, Chernivetska and Odesska oblasts.
